Abstract

M. Smith: A paper we all should read. My reasons were a lance point (Clovis style) found composed of a beautiful micaceous quartz sandstone in a field area I was mapping that were dominated by rhyolitic welded ash-flow tuffs (where the nearest sedimentary rock was a LONG way away). Hmmmmmm - is it real?
